Privacy Policy
Sea Battle: Fleet Strategy (the “Game”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the data processed when you play against the computer, use online multiplayer, create an optional account, use social features, or receive notifications.
1. Data we collect

| Game and social data | Rating, match results and history, battle mode and score, friends, invitations, room and matchmaking state | Provide online play, leaderboards, history, matchmaking, friends, and anti-abuse features |
| Notification data | Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token and platform | Deliver battle and social notifications when you enable notifications |

Registration is optional. Room-code online matches can be played as a guest. Guest matches do not affect rating and are not added to registered match history. We do not ask for your email address or phone number when you create a Game account.
2. How we use data
- Provide computer and online battles, accounts, profiles, rankings, match history, friends, invitations, and push notifications.
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce fair play.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game and its servers.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Public information and other players
Your nickname, rating, rank, and optional avatar may be visible to other players in matches, rankings, friend search, friend lists, and invitations. Do not use a nickname or avatar containing information you do not want others to see.
4. Service providers and data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We disclose only the data needed to providers that help operate the Game:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging processes a device registration token to deliver notifications. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are not enabled in the current version.
- Google Play distributes the Game and processes store-related information under Google’s own privacy terms.
- Server and hosting providers process account, multiplayer, and technical data on our behalf to run the online service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable law. See Google Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising, analytics, and purchases
The current version does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or in-app purchases. If advertising, analytics, or purchases are added later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before those features are released, and any consent required by law will be requested.
6. Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, we process data to perform the service you request, for legitimate interests such as service security and abuse prevention, to comply with law, and with consent where consent is required. You may play offline without an account, use room-code guest play, decline notification permission, remove an avatar, sign out, or delete your account.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide and secure the Game. Active account sessions normally expire after 30 days. Temporary rooms and invitations are removed after they expire or become inactive. Security data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and legal requirements.
You can permanently delete your account inside the Game through My profile → Delete account. Deletion removes active sessions, push tokens, friendships, avatar, credentials, and identifiable profile information. Historical match records may be retained in anonymized form to preserve service integrity. You can also request assistance at romanchenko.sawa@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership of the account.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transport, salted password hashing, hashed session tokens in server storage, access controls, and request limits. No system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. International processing
Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by our hosting and technology providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in their country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the Game, its data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required. For privacy questions or requests, email romanchenko.sawa@gmail.com.
